基于制造稳定性的电力装备制造企业柔性制造策略研究 被引量:5

Research on Flexible Manufacturing Strategy for Electric Power Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises Based on Manufacturing Stability

摘要 本文以电力装备制造企业的复杂制造特点作为分析切入点,由此构建一个关于电力装备制造企业制造稳定性、制造柔性与产出业绩内在关系的综合分析框架,重点考察并揭示制造稳定性对电力装备制造企业柔性策略选择以及产出业绩的影响。研究结果显示:制造柔性对电力装备制造企业满足市场需求与提升产出业绩有积极的影响,而制造稳定性和制造柔性的边际成本则是影响电力装备制造企业制造柔性选择的关键变量。较高的制造稳定性和良好的制造柔性边际成本结构有助于电力装备制造企业选择最优的制造柔性水平来应对不确定性的干扰,进而保证产出业绩。最后,论文通过案例分析,对上述理论观点进行了验证,揭示了柔性制造策略对现实中电力装备制造企业转型升级的积极影响。 This paper takes the complex manufacturing characteristics of electric power equipment manufacturing enterprises(hereinafter referred to as“EPEMEs”)as the starting point of analysis,and constructs a comprehensive analysis framework on the relationship among manufacturing stability,manufacturing flexibility and output performance of EPEMEs.Then,the paper examines the impact of manufacturing stability of manufacturing stability on the selection of flexibility strategies and output performance of EPEMEs.The results show that manufacturing flexibility has a positive impact on the output quantity and output performance of EPEMEs,and the manufacturing stability and marginal cost of manufacturing flexibility are the key variables affecting EPEMEs’selection of manufacturing flexibility.High manufacturing stability and good marginal cost structure of manufacturing flexibility are helpful for EPEMEs to choose the optimal level of manufacturing flexibility to cope with the interference of uncertainty,so as to ensure output performance.Finally,the paper validates the above theoretical viewpoints through case analysis,and reveals the positive impact of flexible manufacturing strategy on the transformation and upgrading of EPEMEs in reality.
