摘要
为获得更流畅且具有层次感的校车引擎盖曲面造型,提出一种以CATIA软件为三维平台,以NURBS曲面构建理论为基础的正向渐消曲面建模思路与方法。首先分析图纸,确定引擎盖渐消曲面造型特征及属性。其次分别采用了特征线构面法及控制点调面法分别完成了擎盖渐消曲面造型设计并阐述了其设计过程及注意点。最后经曲面装配和等多种曲面质量评价方法仿真检测,所设计的曲面与校车前围其它部件衔接良好且满足曲面光顺性要求,可为后续工程设计提供有效的理论依据。结果表明,上述建模思路和方法可以快速、有效的构建出车身渐消面,同时也为同类型复杂曲面造设计提供思路和参考。
In order to obtain smoother and more hierarchical surface modeling of school bus hood,the paper put forward a method of forward surface modeling based on NURBS surface construction theory in CATIA environment.Firstly,modeling characteristics and attributes of the fading surface were determined by analyzing the drawings;Secondly,according to the features of school bus hood,the fading surface construction was carried out by taking the method of modeling surface from curves and adjusting the control points of surface,then the design process and attention points were described at the same time.Finally,through the surface assembly inspection and quality evaluation,the surface can meet the requirements of smooth condition and connect well with other components,which provides an effective theoretical basis for subsequent engineering design.The results show that the method of modeling can quickly and effectively construct the fading surface of automobile body,and it also provides ideas and references for similar complex surface design.
