摘要
采用当前方法对建筑外维护结构进行节能设计时,存在木结构品质值低以及节能效果不够理想的问题。为此提出木结构住宅建筑外维护结构节能设计方法,分析了屋面、外墙、外窗温差传热、太阳辐射和结构热量传递对建筑外维护结构产生的负荷,综合考虑环境影响、耗热量指标比值、外维护结构材料性能和单位热阻造价比值对建筑外维护结构的影响,构建木结构住宅建筑外维护结构节能优化目标函数,采用遗传算法求解节能优化目标函数,获取节能优化设计的最佳方案,实现木结构住宅建筑外维护结构的节能性能优化。仿真结果表明,所提方法下木结构建筑外维护结构的品质值高,且节能性能好。
When the current method is used to design the energy saving structure outside the building,the quality of wood-frame and the energy saving effect are not ideal.Therefore,a design method of the energy saving maintenance structure outside the wood-frame residential buildings was presented.Firstly,we analyzed the load of temperature difference heat transfer of roof,exterior wall and exterior window,solar radiation and structural heat transfer on the external maintenance structure of buildings.After considering the environmental impact,the heat consumption ratio and the ratio of material performance of external maintenance structure and cost of unit thermal resistance,we built the energy-saving optimization objective function of maintenance structure outside the wood-frame residential buildings.Moreover,we used genetic algorithm to calculate the energy-saving optimization objective function,so as to design the best scheme of energy saving optimization.Finally,we realized the energy saving performance of maintenance structure outside the wood-frame residential buildings.Simulation results show that the quality of external maintenance structure of wood-frame buildings is high and the energy saving performance is better.
