基于触发分离波形的百兆以太网物理层测试方法

摘要 为解决目前工业应用领域的百兆以太网物理层测试方法缺乏针对性、不够简易和高效的问题,提出了一种新的测试方法,其关键在于一种将3电平眼图分解成两个两电平眼图的方法和一种用两个眼图的物理层测试的技术指标去等效评价百兆以太网物理层质量的方法;该方法从物理层采集随机的电信号将其绘制成3电平眼图,再将难以测量评价的3电平眼图分解成两个两电平眼图,使得能通过更简单的方法测量眼图的眼高、眼宽、上升时间、下降时间和抖动;在得到眼图的眼高、眼宽、上升时间、下降时间和抖动五项指标的值后,基于工业生产环境及需求分别对五项指标单独设置判断阈值并进行评分,基于五个指标评价的结果,最终对物理层进行总体评价,具有针对性且简易高效。 In order to solve the problem that the physical layer test method of fast Ethernet in the field of industrial application lacks pertinence,simplicity and efficiency,a new test method is proposed,the key of which is to decompose the 3-level eye patterns into two two-level eye patterns and to use the technical indicators of the physical layer test of the two eye patterns to evaluate the quality of the physical layer of fast Ethernet.The method collects random electrical signals from the physical layer and draws them into a 3-level eye patterns,then decomposes the 3-level eye patterns which is difficult to measure and evaluate into two-level eye patterns.So that eye height,eye width,rise time,fall time,and jitter of the eye patterns can be measured in an easier way.After obtaining the five indexes of eye height,eye width,rising time,falling time and jitter in the eye patterns,the judgment thresholds of the five indexes were set separately and scored based on the industrial production environment and demand.Based on the evaluation results of the five indexes,the final overall evaluation of the physical layer is targeted and simple and efficient.
