摘要
课堂教学评价体系是课堂教学的重要组成部分,构建适合于企业用人的课堂教学评价是应用型大学人才培养的最终目标。当前,高校课堂教学评价指标体系设计的问题表现为:整体性的课堂教学质量监控体系不健全、不完善;教学质量评价体系的方式单一体现为“以教论教”;课堂教学质量评价的运行机制未形成系统化运作,运行措施保障不力、评价结果缺乏准确性。在对现有课堂教学评价进行研究的基础上,提早将用人单位评价体系融入课堂教学评价中,在符合高等教育教学规律的基础上,构建起符合企业用人标准的评价体系。
The classroom teaching evaluation system is an important part of classroom teaching.Constructing a classroom teaching evaluation suitable for enterprise employment is the ultimate goal of talent training in applied universities.At present,the problems in the design of the classroom teaching evaluation index system in universities are as follows:the overall quality monitoring system of classroom teaching isnot sound and perfect;the teaching quality evaluation system only reflects teaching;the operating mechanism of classroom teaching quality evaluation is not systematic,with inadequately guaranteed operational measures and inaccurate evaluation results.Based on the research of the existing classroom teaching evaluation,it is necessary to integrate the evaluation system of employers into classroom teaching evaluation as early as possible,and on the basis of conforming to the law of higher education and teaching,to construct an evaluation system suitable for enterprise employment.
