Exploration and Practice on the Teaching Reform of the Port Production Organization and Management Course

为了提高港口生产组织与管理课程的教学质量,该文在分析这门课程教学现状的基础上,针对教学过程中存在的一些问题,提出了相应的教学改革建议,包括丰富教学内容、综合运用多种教学方法、完善教学设备、改革考核方式、组建教学团队等,希望能为教学同行提供参考。

In order to improve the teaching quality of the course of port production organization and management,based on the analysis of the current teaching situation of this course,this paper puts forward the corresponding teaching reform suggestions aiming at some problems existing in the teaching process,including enriching the teaching content,comprehensively using a variety of teaching methods,improving the teaching equipment,reforming the assessment method,establishing the teaching team,etc.,so as to provide suggestions for the teaching peers for reference.
