高校空中乘务专业人才培育的研究与实践——基于职业素养

Research and Practice on the Cultivation of Flight Attendant Talents in Colleges and Universities:Based on Professional Quality

我国民航业正处在高速发展阶段,间接导致对空中乘务员的需求增大。同时,民航运输服务业的竞争也日渐激烈,对空中乘务员综合素质的要求大大提高。该文基于职业素养,结合高校实际情况,通过精心编制培育方案、构建完善的课程体系、第二课堂等模块,简要分析当前环境下高校空中乘务专业人才培养模式。

China's civil aviation industry is experiencing a rapid development stage,which indirectly leads to an increase in the demand for flight attendants.At the same time,the pressure of competition in the civil aviation transportation and service industry is also becoming increasingly fierce,and the requirements for the overall quality of flight attendants are greatly improved.Combining the actual situation,through careful preparation of training programs,construction of a complete curriculum system,and second classroom construction,this paper briefly analyzes the cultivation mode of flight attendant talents in colleges and universities in the current environment.
