摘要
面对快速发展的新时代,培养研究型幼儿教师势在必行。该文从教师对教育问题的关注类型出发,探讨在教育发展要求下,研究型幼儿教师应具备的知识、技能和情感特质,并从“扩展的专业特性”四维度,探讨研究型教师在教师自我需要关注、幼儿需要关注和教育影响关注三方面的胜任力特征,并对大学、政府、幼儿园“三位一体”培养研究型幼儿教师的策略进行分析。
In the new era of rapid development,it is imperative to train research-oriented preschool teachers.From the perspective of the types of teachers'attention to education and teaching problems,this paper explores that preschool teachers under the requirements of education development should possess the competency characteristics of concern of teachers'ego needs,concern of children's needs,and concern of education influence from the four dimensions of knowledge,skills,emotional qualities and"expanded professional qualities",and also analyzes the training strategies of research-oriented preschool teachers based on the university-government-kindergarten cooperation.
