摘要
儒家君子人格是儒家德性伦理在德性践履层面所追求的道德修养目标。儒家“学以成人”的伦理本质就是“学以成君子”。儒家君子人格的本质是一种德性伦理境界的不断超越并由此体现儒家伦理变化气质的德性养成意义。儒家君子人格的养成方法对现代德育有效性的提升有着较大的启示作用。儒家君子人格的养成方法能有效促进德性主体的内在德性践履之精神动力生成,并在此基础上建构现代德育深入到文化层面的德性涵养方法,进而在“知情意行”的各个维度促进现代德育效果的提升。无论是在现代德育的道德情感培养,还是在现代德育的有效践履模式建构,儒家君子人格思想都能起到较大的促进作用。
Confucian gentleman personality means the goal of moral growth based on the practical dimension of moral practice.The essence of Confucian principle of learning to be a whole person is actually learning to be a gentleman in terms of virtues.Therefore,the ethical essence of Confucian gentleman personality is the transcending of the ethical horizon.In a word,the traditional ways of cultivatingConfucian gentleman personality can be very meaningful to the improvement of the effectiveness of modern moral education.
