罗格列酮联合格列美脲在2型糖尿病患者中的临床效果观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Rosiglitazone Combined with Glimepiride in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探究罗格列酮联合格列美脲在2型糖尿病患者中的临床效果。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月期间80例2型糖尿病患者,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,给予对照组常规治疗,给予观察组罗格列酮联合格列美脲治疗,比两组空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)和胰岛功能、血脂水平、低血糖率。结果观察组治疗后血糖、血脂水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗预后、胰岛水平均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血脂水平优于对照组(P<0.05),结论罗格列酮联合格列美脲在2型糖尿病患者中,能提高胰岛功能、降低血糖的作用,且不良反应小。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rosiglitazone combined with glimepiride in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,80 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected.Random number table method was divided into observation group and control group,40 cases each.Treatment with lemepiride compared with fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)and islet function,blood lipid levels,and hypoglycemic rate in the two groups.Results The blood glucose and blood lipid levels of the observation group after treatment were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,islet levels of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The blood lipid of the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion Rosiglitazone combined with glimepiride can improve islet function and lower blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes,and has little side effects.
