探讨优质护理在糖尿病合并冠心病患者护理中的应用

Explore the Application of High-quality Nursing in the Care of Patients with Diabetes and Coronary Heart Disease

目的探析糖尿病合并冠心病患者采取优质护理的临床价值。方法随机选取2018年5月—2019年5月到该院治疗的糖尿病合并冠心病患者104例作为观赛对象,按随机数字法将其分成对照组(n=52)与观察组(n=52)。对照组行常规护理,观察组行优质理,对比两组患者血糖、血脂水平。结果护理前,两组血糖、血脂指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组HbA1c、FBG、2 hPBG等指标水平分别为(5.22±0.48)%、(6.24±0.54)mmol/L、(8.08±0.46)mmol/L明显低于对照组的(7.18±0.52)%、(7.57±0.63)mmol/L、(9.35±0.54)mmol/L(t=19.972,P=0.001,t=11.559,P=0.001,t=12.910;P=0.001);观察组TC、TG等指标水平分别为(3.28±0.60)mmol/L、(1.09±0.26)mmol/L明显优于对照组(4.65±0.58)mmol/L、(1.80±0.32)mmol/L(t=11.838,P=0.001;t=12.418,P=0.001)。结论优质护理应用于糖尿病合并冠心病患者可积极控制患者血糖、血脂水平,促进预后疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical value of high-quality care for patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease.Methods Randomly select 104 patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease who were treated in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 as observation objects,and divide them into a control group(n=52)and an observation group(n=52).The control group underwent routine nursing,the observation group underwent quality management,and compared the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of the two groups.Results Before nursing,the blood glucose and blood lipid index levels of the two groups were not statistically statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the observation group HbA1c,FBG,2hPBG and other index levels were(5.22±0.48)%,(6.24±0.54)mmol/L,(8.08±0.46)mmol/L,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(7.18±0.52)mmol/L,(7.57±0.63)mmol/L,(9.35±0.54)mmol/L(t=19.972,P=0.001;t=11.559,P=0.001;t=12.910,P=0.001);the observation group TC,TG and other index levels were(3.28±0.60)mmol/L,(1.09±0.26)mmol/L significantly better than the control group(4.65±0.58)mmol/L,(1.80±0.32)mmol/L(t=11.838,P=0.001;t=12.418,P=0.001).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease can actively control the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of patients and promote the prognostic effect.
