急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的护理对策探究

Probe into the Nursing Countermeasures of Emergency Diabetic Ketoacidosis Patients

目的分析对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者应用急诊护理的效果。方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年8月收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者98例作为该次研究对象,按照不同护理方法,将其分为实验1组与实验2组,每组49例。实验1组患者采用常规护理措施,实验2组患者采用综合护理措施,对比两组患者护理效果、护理满意度、并发症发生率以及预后情况。结果实验2组患者并发症发生率为6.1%明显优于实验1组20.4(P<0.05);实验2组患者护理满意度为95.9%,明显优于实验1组77.6%(P<0.05);实验2组患者护理有效率为98.0%,明显优于实验1组83.7%(P<0.05),两组数据组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者过程中,应用综合护理措施,不仅能够提高患者的治疗效果,还能够提高患者依从性,从而延长患者的生存期及改善患者的生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of emergency nursing on diabetic ketoacidosis patients.Methods 98 patients with from January 2018 to August 2019 in the hospital admitted diabetic ketoacidosis were selected as the object of this study.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 with 49 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group 1 adopted routine nursing measures,and the patients in the experimental group 2 adopted comprehensive nursing measures,comparing the nursing effect,nursing satisfaction,incidence of complications and prognosis of the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group 2 was 6.1%,which was significantly better than that in the experimental group 20.4(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group 2 was 95.9%,significantly better than the experimental group 77.6%(P<0.05);experimental group 2 of effective rate of nursing was 98.0%,which was significantly better than the experimental group 1 of 83.7%,the difference between the two data groups was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis,the application of comprehensive nursing measures can not only improve the patient's treatment effect,but also improve the patient's compliance,thereby prolonging the patient's survival period and improving the patient's quality of life,and has clinical application value.
