急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的急救护理方案分析

Analysis of Emergency Nursing Plan for Emergency Diabetic Ketoacidosis Patients

目的对急救护理在急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用效果进行分析。方法取2018年4月—2019年4月期间该院收治23糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者作为对照组,采用常规护理,另取同一时间段收治的23例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者作为实验组,采用急救护理,护理结束后比较两组患者护理优良率。结果实验组护理优良率(95.7%)高于对照组护理优良率(73.9%),组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病酮症酸中毒的症状较为严重,不仅要及时有效的进行治疗,在治疗的过程中更要辅助有效的护理措施,急救护理属于新型护理模式,在急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒救治护理中发挥着重要的作用,提高了治疗的效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of emergency nursing in emergency diabetic ketoacidosis patients.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,23 diabetic ketoacidosis patients admitted to the hospital were used as a control group,and routine care was taken.In addition,23 diabetic ketoacidosis patients admitted at the same time period were taken as an experimental group,first aid nursing was used,and the excellent and good rates of nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent nursing rate of the experimental group(95.7%)was higher than that of the control group(73.9%),and the difference in data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The symptoms of diabetic ketoacidosis are more serious.Not only timely and effective treatment is needed,but also effective nursing measures should be assisted in the process of treatment.Rescue and care belong to a new type of nursing model which plays an important role in the diabetic ketoacidosis treatment,improves the effect of treatment,and can be promoted.
