临床护理路径在住院糖尿病患儿及家长健康指导中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Path in the Health Guidance of Inpatients with Diabetes and Parents

目的分析临床护理路径在住院糖尿病患儿及家长健康指导中的应用价值。方法将该院于2017年3月—2019年11月收治的糖尿病患儿30例作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对观察组实施临床护理路径化健康教育,对照组实施常规护理及健康教育,对比观察两组家属疾病知识掌握度及其护理满意度、患儿认知行为及、两组患儿低血糖发生率。结果观察组患儿家属疾病知识掌握度、认知行为改变程度、低血糖发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在健康指导中应用临床护理路径,可以提高家属护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of clinical nursing path in the health guidance of inpatients with diabetes and parents.Methods 30 cases of diabetic children admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to November 2019 were taken as observation objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given clinical nursing path health education,while the control group was given routine nursing and health education,comparing and observing the disease knowledge and nursing statisfaction of the two groups of children's families,the cognitive behaviorof the children,and the incidence of hypoglycemia in the two groups of children.Results The observation group's disease knowledge mastery,cognitive behavior change,and hypoglycemia incidence were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group's total satisfaction was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing path in health guidance can improve the nursing satisfaction of children,sfamilies.
