中医辨证护理对糖尿病合并卵巢癌患者化疗期负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Nursing on Negative Emotion and Quality of Life in Patients with Diabetes Complicated with Ovarian Cancer

目的探讨中医辨证施护对糖尿病合并卵巢癌患者化疗期间负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法选择该科室2018年2月—2019年8月期间收治的卵巢癌合并糖尿病化疗治疗患者80例,根据护理情况划分为观察组和对照组,每组均划入40例患者。对照组实施常规化疗护理,观察组实施中医辨证施护理,比较两组护理干预效果。结果护理前两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪均较重,但程度相当(P>0.05);护理后观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪程度得到明显缓解,相比对照组有明显优势,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者毒副反应发生率,均显著低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后相比对照组,观察组患者的生活质量水平明显更高比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证施护能够显著改善卵巢癌合并糖尿病患者化疗期间的不良情绪,显著降低其毒副反应发生率,从而有效改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on the negative emotion and quality of life of patients with diabetes and ovarian cancer during chemotherapy.Methods Eighty patients with ovarian cancer combined with diabetes chemotherapy treated in the department from February 2018 to August 2019 were selected.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the nursing situation.Each group was divided into 40 patients.Compare the effect of nursing intervention between two groups.The control group was given routine chemotherapy care,and the observation group was given dialectical nursing care.Results The anxiety and depression of the two groups of patients before the care were both heavier,but the degree was the same(P>0.05);the degree of anxiety and depression of the observation group after the nursing was significantly relieved,which had obvious advantages compared with the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of toxic and side effects in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM dialectical treatment can significantly improve the adverse emotions of patients with ovarian cancer and diabetes during chemotherapy,significantly reduce the incidence of toxic and side effects,and thus effectively improve their quality of life.
