妊娠合并糖尿病患者孕早期保健护理对产后并发症及新生儿评分的影响

The Effect of Early Pregnancy Health Care on the Postpartum Complications and Neonatal Scores of Pregnant Women with Diabetes

目的研究分析妊娠合并糖尿病患者孕早期保健护理对产后并发症及新生儿评分的影响。方法在2018年11月—2019年10月到该院就诊的妊娠合并糖尿病患者中,选取其中的80例作为该次的研究对象。其中40例患者在妊娠1~12周被确诊为妊娠期糖尿病后及时进行了孕早期保健护理,纳入实验组;另外40例患者在被确诊为妊娠期糖尿病后未进行孕早期保健护理,纳入对照组。对比产后两组产妇以及新生儿并发症发生情况和新生儿评分。结果实验组产妇及新生儿并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),新生儿评分高于对照组(P<0.05),且新生儿评分为8~10分的多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行孕早期保健护理,能够有效减少产后产妇以及新生儿并发症,且有利于新生儿神经系统发育,具有较高的实用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of early pregnancy health care on postpartum complications and neonatal scores in pregnant women with diabetes.Methods From November 2018 to October 2019,among the pregnant patients with diabetes who visited the hospital,80 cases were selected as the research object.Among them,40 patients received early pregnancy care after being diagnosed with gestational diabetes in 1-12 weeks of pregnancy,and were included in the experimental group;another 40 patients did not receive early pregnancy care after being diagnosed with gestational diabetes,and were included in controls group.The postpartum maternal and neonatal complications and neonatal scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of maternal and neonatal complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the neonatal score was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the neonatal score was 8-10 points more than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Caring for early pregnancy health care for gestational diabetes patients can effectively reduce postpartum maternal and neonatal complications,and is conducive to the development of neonatal nervous system.
