探讨手术室护理在合并糖尿病患者术后切口感染预防中的应用

Explore the Application of Operating Room Nursing in the Prevention of Postoperative Incision Infection in Patients with Diabetes

目的探讨手术室护理在合并糖尿病患者术后切口感染预防中的应用。方法抽取2018年7月—2019年7月在该院接受治疗的合并糖尿病患者98例为研究对象,按照其住院先后顺序将其编号,再按等差数列首项为1,公差为6的方式将98例患者平均分为两组,即对照组与试验组,每组患者均为49例。对照组行常规护理,试验组行手术室护理,总结两组患者的护理效果。结果对照组患者出现切口感染、呼吸系统感染、皮肤黏膜感染分别为6例、5例、3例,并发症发生几率为28.58%,试验组患者出现切口感染、呼吸系统感染、皮肤黏膜感染分别为1例、1例、1例,并发症发生几率为6.12%(χ2=3.947,P<0.05);试验组患者对护理工作满意度(95.91%)高于对照组(81.63%)(χ2=3.954,P<0.05)。结论手术室护理在合并糖尿病患者术后切口感染预防中的应用能够降低患者各类并发症的发生几率,同时还能提高患者的满意度,有效预防切口感染,缩短患者的康复周期。

Objective To explore the application of operating room nursing in the prevention of postoperative incision infection in patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 98 patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated in the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research object,and they were numbered according to their hospitalization order,and then the first item of the arithmetic sequence was 1 and the tolerance was 6,98 patients were divided into two groups on average,namely the control group and the experimental group,each group of patients was 49 cases.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received operating room nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were summarized.Results In the control group,there were 6 cases,5 cases,and 3 cases of skin and mucous membrane infections,and the incidence of complications was 28.58%.In the experimental group,the cases of incision infection,respiratory infection,and skin and mucous membrane infections were:1 case,1 case,1 case,the probability of complications was 6.12%(χ2=3.947,P<0.05);the satisfaction of nursing work(95.91%)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(81.63%)(χ2=3.954,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of operating room nursing in the prevention of postoperative incision infection in patients with diabetes can reduce the incidence of various complications of patients,at the same time,it can also improve patient satisfaction,effectively prevent incision infection,and shorten the recovery period of patients.
