循证护理在糖尿病视网膜病变护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Evidence-based Nursing in the Nursing of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨循证护理在糖尿病视网膜病变护理中的应用价值。方法对该院2017年3月—2019年9月收治的94例糖尿病视网膜病变患者进行研究,数字法随机分为两组,每组47例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,研究组患者实施循证护理。观察与比较两组视功能指标、生活质量评分以及护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组各项视功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组护理后生活质量评分与护理满意度(97.87%)高于对照组(80.85%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病视网膜病变患者实施循证护理能够有效改善患者视功能,提高患者的生活质量,患者护理满意度更高,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing in the care of diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 94 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to September 2019 were studied.The digital method was randomly divided into two groups,47 in each group.Patients in the control group implemented routine nursing interventions,and patients in the study group implemented evidence-based nursing.Observe and compare the visual function index,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results After nursing,the visual function indexes of the research group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).The post-care quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the study group(97.87%)were higher than those of the control group(80.85%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for patients with diabetic retinopathy can effectively improve the patient's visual function,improve the patient's quality of life,have higher patient satisfaction,and have higher application value.
