临床护理和心理护理干预对糖尿病足的疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Nursing and Psychological Nursing Intervention on Diabetic Foot

目的探讨临床护理和心理护理干预对糖尿病足产生的疗效。方法选择2018年9月—2019年9月在该院治疗的100例糖尿病足患者当做研究对象,采取抽签法将其均等划分为观察组及对照组。对照组采用常规临床护理,观察组在此基础上实施心理护理干预,对两组疗效、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及用药依从性进行对比。结果观察组的总体有效率、SAS评分、SDS评分以及用药依从率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病足患者采取临床护理和心理护理干预能够改善患者的不良心理状态,使患者依从治疗,从而使糖尿病足的治疗效果得到提升。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing and psychological nursing intervention on diabetic foot.Methods 100 patients with diabetic foot treated in the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into observation group and control group by lottery.The control group adopted routine clinical nursing,and the observation group implemented psychological nursing intervention on this basis,and compared the efficacy of the two groups,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,and medication compliance.Results The overall effectiveness,SAS score,SDS score and medication compliance rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing and psychological nursing intervention for patients with diabetic foot can improve the patient's unhealthy mental state,make the patient comply with the treatment,and thus improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic foot.
