2型糖尿病患者中科学饮食调序护理的应用研究

Application Study of Scientific Diet Order Nursing in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的研究2型糖尿病患者中科学饮食调序护理的应用。方法以该院2018年10月—2019年10月选取的98例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各49例。实施常规护理的是对照组,实施科学饮食调序护理的是观察组,观察两组的护理效果。结果干预后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、早餐后2 h血糖、中餐后2 h血糖、晚餐后2 h血糖明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的治疗依从率91.8%明显要高于对照组的73.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经干预,观察组的98.0%护理满意度相较于对照组的81.6%明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗2型糖尿病患者的过程中运用科学饮食调序护理,可以提高患者对饮食方案的依从性,提高患者的护理满意度,获取良好的血糖控制效果。

Objective To study the application of scientific diet order nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 98 patients with type 2 diabetes selected from October 2018 to October 2019 in the hospital were used as the research object.They were divided into a control group and an observation group with 49 cases each using a random number table method.The routine care was given in the control group,and the scientific diet ordering care was given in the observation group,and the nursing effect of the two groups is observed.Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h blood glucose after breakfast,2 h blood glucose after lunch,and 2 h blood glucose after dinner were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),higher than 73.5%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,98.0%of the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group of 81.6%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of scientific dietary sequence nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes in the process can improve the patient's compliance with the diet plan,improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,and obtain good blood glucose control results.
