护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制及妊娠结局的效果观察

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Blood Glucose Control and Pregnancy Outcome of Gestational Diabetes

目的探究护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制及妊娠结局的效果情况。方法选择2017年4月—2019年4月来该院接受疾病治疗的128例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象。将其分为两组,每组64例。对照组接受常规化专科护理,观察组接受综合护理干预措施,分析结果。结果和对照组相比,观察组受试者干预后血糖指标改善情况明显更好(P<0.05)。和对照组相比,观察组受试者围生期并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。并且观察组围生儿并发症发生率更小(P<0.05)。结论对于妊娠期糖尿病患者来讲,以常规化治疗为基础联合应用综合护理,干预法有助于提升妊娠结局,改善其自身血糖水平,促进疾病转归。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on glycemic control and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 128 patients with gestational diabetes who came to the hospital for disease treatment from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects,the patients were divided into 2 groups,64 cases in each group.The control group received routine specialty nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing interventions to analyze the results.Results Compared with the control group,the improvement of blood glucose index of the observation group was significantly better after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of perinatal complications was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).And the incidence of perinatal complications in the observation group was smaller(P<0.05).Conclusion For gestational diabetes patients,combined application of comprehensive care based on routine treatment,intervention method can help to improve pregnancy outcomes,improve their own blood glucose levels,and promote disease outcomes.
