饮食护理对糖尿病合并高血压患者的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析饮食护理对糖尿病合并高血压患者的影响。方法选择从2018年12月—2019年10月于该院中接受治疗的糖尿病合并高血压患者66例,以时间为分界点,前33例为B组采用饮食护理,后33例为A组采用常规护理,对比两组血糖水平、血压水平、生活质量。结果护理前,两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,B组的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)低于A组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者血压水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组血压水平差异较大,B组的舒张压、收缩压明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,B组的生活质量为(56.66±13.25)分,A组的生活质量为(48.36±11.23)分,两组生活质量差异较大,B组生活质量明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食护理对糖尿病合并高血压患者的影响更大,临床疗效更高,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the effect of dietary care on patients with diabetes and hypertension.Methods A total of 66 diabetic patients with hypertension who were treated in our hospital from December 2018 to October 2019 were selected.Taking time as the cut-off point,the first 33 cases were used in group B,and the latter 33 cases were used in group A with routine care,comparing blood glucose levels,blood pressure levels,and quality of life between the two groups.Results Before nursing,the fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)of the two groups were not statistically significantly different(P>0.05).The hourly blood glucose(2 hPG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)were lower than those in group A,with statistical significance different(P<0.05).Before nursing,the blood pressure levels of the two groups were statistically significant different(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood pressure levels of the two groups were quite different.The diastolic and systolic blood pressure of group B was significantly lower than that of group A,with statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Before nursing,the quality of life of the two groups of patients was not much different(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life of group B was(56.66±13.25)points,and the quality of life of group A was(48.36±11.23)points.The quality of life in group A was significantly higher than that in group A,with statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Diet care has a greater impact on patients with diabetes and hypertension,and the clinical efficacy is higher,which is worth promoting.
