糖尿病足患者手术治疗的心理干预研究

目的探讨糖尿病足患者手术治疗的心理干预效果。方法选择该院2018年6月—2019年6月收治的50例糖尿病足患者作为该次研究入组对象,采用心理干预进行治疗,住院第1天由同一位主管护士向纳入的50例患者进行抑郁自评量表调查,嘱咐并查对让患者5 min内完成,收集并登记量表得分,评估患者抑郁程度。结合抑郁程度随后进行心理干预护理,比较患者抑郁的程度,在干预前后进行比较,采取的是抑郁自评量表评估。结果心理干预治疗后患者抑郁自评量表评估结果优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者手术治疗的心理干预效果明显,患者心理情绪较前大大改善,正视自身社会价值并早期投入适应社会生活值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on surgical treatment of diabetic foot patients.Methods Fifty patients with diabetic foot admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were treated with psychological intervention.On the first day of hospitalization,the same supervising nurse conducted the treatment for 50 patients.The self-rating depression scale survey,ordered and checked to let the patient complete within 5 minutes,collect and register the scale score,and assess the degree of depression of the patient.Combined with the degree of depression followed by psychological intervention nursing,to compare the degree of depression of patients,before and after the intervention,compared with depression self-rating scale assessment.Results After the psychological intervention treatment,the self-assessment scale of patients'depression was better than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of psychological intervention in the surgical treatment of diabetic foot patients is obvious.The psychological mood of the patients is greatly improved compared with the previous ones.It is worth clinical promotion to face up to their social value and invest in adapting to social life early.
