浅析基层医院2型糖尿病患者用药的情况及合理用药的方法

Analysis of the Situation and Rational Use of Medication for Type 2 Diabetes Patients in Primary Hospitals

目的对基层医院2型糖尿病患者用药的情况及合理用药的方法进行分析和研究。方法研究对象为2018年6月—2019年6月于该院接受治疗的56例2型糖尿病患者,对这56例2型糖尿病患者的用药情况进行分析。通过研究和分析得出适合为2型糖尿病患者用药的方法。结果通过研究发现,56例患者经常使用的口服药物包括盐酸吡格列酮片、盐酸二甲双胍缓释片、格列美脲片等,普遍使用的注射药物包括精蛋白锌胰岛素注射液。结论在临床治疗中应用于2型糖尿病患者的药物种类繁多。基层医院的医生通常让患者长期使用降糖物质配合胰岛素进行治疗。临床医生应仔细观察患者对药物的耐受性,进而将合理用药方式应用于对患者的治疗,使治疗效果达到最优。

Objective To analyze and study the medication situation and rational medication methods of type 2 diabetes patients in primary hospitals.Methods The research subjects were 56 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019.The drug use of these 56 patients with type 2 diabetes was analyzed.Through research and analysis,we can find a suitable method for patients with type 2 diabetes.Results The study found that 56 patients often used oral drugs including pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets,metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,glimepiride tablets,etc.,commonly used injection drugs include protamine zinc insulin injection.Conclusion There were many kinds of drugs used in patients with type 2 diabetes in clinical treatment.Doctors in primary hospitals usually let patients use long-term hypoglycemic substances in combination with insulin for treatment.Clinicians should carefully observe the patient's tolerance to the drug,and then apply the reasonable medication method to the treatment of the patient to optimize the treatment effect.
