摘要
油井含水率是油田开发水平的基础资料之一,资料的准确与否直接关系开发方案的成败和开发水平的提高。针对单井含水率误差率大的问题,应用了水分析快速测试仪与蒸馏法复合使用的技术解决方案和采取的改进措施。文章分析了单井含水率误差产生的原因,介绍了油品水分析快速测试仪的原理、技术指标和特点,以及现场应用情况及效果等。实践证明,该水分析快速测试仪是一种新型高效节能单井含水化验检测仪器,具有化验准确度高、化验时间短、操作安全性好、节能效益显著、增产效益好和检测设备安全可靠等优点。与传统的蒸馏法分析相经,可节约2.9万元/a,年增产原油3.9×10^4 t,具有良好的推广应用前景。
Oil well moisture content is one of the basic data of oil field development level.The accuracy of the data is directly related to the success or failure of the development plan and the improvement of the development level.Aiming at the problem of high error rate of single well water cut,the technical solution of water analysis rapid tester combined with distillation method and the improvement measures adopted were applied.This paper analyzes the cause of the error of single well moisture content,introduces the principle,technical index and characteristics of the rapid test instrument for oil product water analysis,as well as its field application and effect.The practice shows that the rapid tester for water analysis is a new type of high efficiency and energy saving instrument for single well water-cut test,which has the advantages of high test accuracy,short test time,good operation safety,remarkable energy saving benefit,good yield increase and safe and reliable test equipment.Compared with the traditional distillation method,it can save 29,000 yuan/a and increase crude oil output by 3.9×10^4 t per year,which has a good prospect of popularization and application.
