摘要
针对稠油井、小泵深抽井中使用游梁式抽油机采油的方式适应性差,油井举升难度大、能耗高、系统效率低、智能化程度低、开采成本高等问题,提出了智能滚筒式皮带抽油机在油田生产中的应用课题,以解决传统油气生产中的一些技术难题。介绍了智能滚筒式皮带抽油机的组成、工作原理及调节策略、特点、现场应用情况及实例验证,并对现场应用情况做了综合效益评价分析。实践证明,该新型抽油机是一种性价比良好的智能抽油设备,它的应用可以有效提高稠油开发工艺技术水平,增加稠油开发区块单井产量,提升稠油开发区块整体机采系统运行效率,实现年节电量达788400 kWh和油井平均系统效率增长11.7%,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
in view of the deep pumping Wells of heavy oil Wells,small pump used in beam pumping unit production way of adaptability is poor,the well lifting is difficult,high energy consumption,low system efficiency,low degree of intelligence and high mining cost problem,put forward the application of intelligent roller belt pumping units in oil field production,in order to solve some technical problems in traditional oil and gas production.This paper introduces the composition,working principle,adjustment strategy,characteristics,field application and case verification of the intelligent drum belt pumping unit,and evaluates and analyzes the comprehensive benefit of the field application.Practice has proved that the new type pumping unit is a kind of good cost performance intelligent pumping equipment,its application can effectively improve the level of development technology of heavy oil,increasing development of heavy oil block single-well production,enhance development of heavy oil block machine adopt the efficiency of the system,to achieve annual festival 788400 kWh of electricity and oil well system efficiency increased by 11.7%on average,has the good economic efficiency and social benefits.
