自锁式绷绳快速拉紧器研究与应用

摘要 受区域地质条件差、四季气候温度变化大影响,研究区域易造成下地地锚上移、加热炉设备基础下沉,造成绷绳松动,如遇恶劣天气下绷绳紧固不及时,易造成烟囱从根部的损坏,甚至出现烟囱倒伏事故的发生,存在安全隐患。因此需要定期对加热炉烟囱绷绳进行紧固。拉紧烟囱绷绳的操作过程劳动强度大,单次工作时间高达40 min以上,为提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,借鉴井下作业车的钢丝绳滚轮装置和手摇绞盘的工作原理以及重型滑杆套筒扳手的杠杆加力原理,重新设计绷绳紧固装置,研制出自锁式绷绳快速拉紧器,拉紧绷绳时间由每次40 min降低至3 min,大大降低了操作时间,确保了设备的平稳运行。自锁快速拉紧装置立足现场需求,采用废料作为装置主体,减少劳动强度的同时,也节约了制作装置所需的材料费用2.5万元。 Due to the poor regional geological conditions and the great influence of climate and temperature changes in the four seasons,the study area is easy to cause the ground spear to move up,the foundation of heating furnace equipment to sink,and the guy line to be loose.In case of bad weather,the guy line is not fastened in time,which is easy to cause the damage of the chimney from the root,and even the occurrence of the accident of the chimney falling down,which has potential safety hazards.Therefore,it is necessary to regularly carry out the chimney guy line of heating furnace fastening.In order to improve the working efficiency and reduce the working intensity,using the working principle of the steel wire rope roller device and the hand winch of the underground working car and the lever force adding principle of the heavy sliding bar socket wrench for reference,the tightening device of the taut rope is redesigned,and the self-locking taut rope fast tensioner is developed The rope time is reduced from 40 minutes to 3 minutes each time,greatly reducing the operation time and ensuring the smooth operation of the equipment.Based on the field demand,the self-locking fast tensioning device adopts waste as the main body of the device,which reduces the labor intensity and saves the material cost of 25000 yuan for making the device.
