长江干流岸线核查测绘精细化管理实践 被引量:1

摘要 为做好河道管理范围内建设项目位置界限、建筑物和构筑物尺寸及主要控制点空间信息的采集,首次将测绘精细化管理引入到长江干流岸线保护和利用专项检查(以下简称岸线核查)工作中。通过细化工作内容、优化工作流程、量化技术指标、创新工作方法,克服了长江干流河道管理范围内建设项目时间跨度大、数量繁多、类型复杂等困难,及时、有序、准确地完成了长江干流河道管理范围内建设项目的空间信息采集任务,既满足了工作需要,又将工作效率及费用控制在可控范围内。研究成果可为长江干流岸线保护和利用专项检查工作提供有力的技术支撑,也可为“长江大保护”背景下的一系列检查工作提供一些借鉴。 In order to collect the boundaries of construction projects,the dimensions of buildings and structures and the spatial information of major control points within the shorelines,we introduced the refined management of surveying and mapping into the special inspection of shorelines protection and utilization along the mainstream of Yangtze River for the first time.Through refining work content,optimizing work flow,quantifying technical indicators and innovating work methods,we have overcome the difficulties of large time span,large number and complex types of construction projects,and have timely,orderly and accurately collected the spatial information of complex and numerous construction projects within the scope of river management.Refined management can not only meet the work needs but also can control the work efficiency and cost.The collected spatial information have provided a strong technical support for the special inspection of shorelines protection and utilization along the mainstream of Yangtze River.The refined management method is of some reference for a series of inspection works under the background of“Yangtze River Protection”.
