江西省食用菌扶贫产业长效发展调查研究

Investigation on long-term development of poverty alleviation mushroom industry in Jiangxi province

通过调研,总结国家贫困县江西省上犹县、余干县的食用菌产业扶贫的做法与成效,指出其尚存在生产经营粗放,影响产量品质;生产布局分散,影响规模效应;利益机制扭曲,影响各方利益等问题。分析制约“扶贫菇”健康持续发展的因素主要有发展信心不足、经营机制不活、品种过多过杂、销售渠道较窄、缺乏龙头带动等,需要从增强信心、长期规划,明确主体、创新管理,精选品种、扩展规模,多渠营销、扩大内需,引培龙头、形成产业等方面加以改进。

This paper summarizes the practice and effect of poverty alleviation by edible mushroom industry development in National poverty-stricken counties such as yugan and Shangyou county in Jiangxi Province.It is pointed out that extensive production and management still exist,affecting the yield and quality,At the same time,there are some problems,such as the decentralization of production distribution which affects scale effect,and the distortion of interest mechanism which affects the interests of all parties.The main factors restricting the healthy and sustainable development of"poverty alleviation mushrooms"are lack of confidence in development,ineffective management mechanism,too many varieties,narrow sales channels,lack of leading enterprises,etc.,which need to be improved from the aspects of enhancing confidence,long-term planning,defining the main body,innovating management,selecting varieties,expanding scale,multi-channel marketing,expanding domestic demand,introducing and cultivating leading enterprises,forming industries,etc.
