摘要
通过对汽车起重机吊臂成型变形原因进行分析,对起重机吊臂成型加工各工序制定合理的工艺规范,采取恰当的控制措施,降低金属压型回弹和焊接变形,从而控制汽车起重机吊臂成型尺寸符合设计要求,保证吊臂装配和伸缩运行正常。
Through the analysis of the deformation reasons of the Truck crane boom molding,formulate reasonable process specifications for each process of the truck crane boom molding process,and take appropriate control measures,reducing metal compression rebound and welding deformation,to control the truck crane boom molding dimensions to meet the design requirements and ensure the boom assembly and expansion operating normally.
