五年制高职教师职业倦怠与职业压力关系的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 对江苏省连云港、徐州和宿迁3市7所五年制高职校726名教师的职业压力、职业倦怠进行测量,采用描述性统计、相关分析、回归分析等,结论是:有48.1%的教师感到中度职业压力甚至严重职业压力;教师存在一定程度的职业倦怠;职业压力和职业倦怠存在非常显著的正相关;职业压力是导致其职业倦怠的重要因素,减轻教师职业压力可有效降低职业倦怠,在一定程度上职业压力可以预测其职业倦怠程度。 In this paper,the occupational stress and burnout of 726 teachers in seven five-year higher vocational schools in Lianyungang,Xuzhou and Suqian were measured by descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the conclusions are as follows:48.1%of the teachers feel moderate or even serious occupational stress.A certain degree of occupational burnout exists.There is a significant positive correlation between occupational stress and occupational burnout.Occupational stress is an important factor leading to their job burnout.So reducing teachers’occupational stress can effectively reduce their job burnout,and to some extent occupational stress can predict the degree of their job burnout.
