高职院校内控制度建设问题探讨

Problems in the Construction of Internal Control System in Higher Vocational Colleges and Solutions

随着我国政府对高职教育发展的重视,高职院校获得的财政资金越来越多,所涉及的经济业务范围也越来越广,如何制定科学有效、规范合理的内控制度就显得十分迫切。一些高职院校纷纷建立起内控制度,但是在内控制度建设过程中暴露出一些问题,影响了高职院校内控制度的建设进程,文章针对这些问题展开分析,并提出相应解决对策和措施。

With the attention of our government to the development of higher vocational education,higher vocational colleges get more and more financial funds,and the scope of economic business involved is more and more extensive.How to formulate a scientific,effective,standardized and reasonable internal control system is very urgent.Some higher vocational colleges have set up internal control system one after another,but there are some problems in the construction of internal control system,such as not paying much attention,unreasonable organization setting up,imperfect information system of internal control,and need-to-be improved quality of inner control personnel,etc.This paper analyzes the above mentioned problems and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
