摘要
为测量大学生就业意愿,该文以贵州民族大学人文科技学院为个案进行研究。研究结果表明:尽管大学生在求职过程中遇到了很多困难,但他们对待未来就业的态度是积极的。如何有效培养大学生的就业意识,提高大学生的就业竞争力,促进大学生更好地就业,需要高校和大学生的共同努力。
In order to measure the employment intention of college students,College of Humanities and Sciences of Guizhou Minzu University was selected as a case study.The research shows that the breadth and depth of college students'career planning education and employment guidance are not enough,and there are deficiencies in employment service and policy publicity.College students are not clear about their future career planning,lack of professional knowledge and skills,employment policies and relevant information acquisition,high expectations,outdated outlook,and prominent phenomenon of delayed employment.They do not adapt well to the development of the market under the new situation,and their employment ability is relatively weak.However,no matter what difficulties college students may encounter in job-hunting,they have a positive attitude towards future employment.Under the new situation that the state attaches great importance to and gives great support to employment,how to effectively cultivate college students'employment awareness,improve their competitiveness and promote their better employment needs the joint efforts of colleges and students.
