公安院校大学生岗位核心能力培养的问题与路径

On the Problems and Approaches to Cultivation of the Post Core Competence of Police College Students

公安院校大学生岗位核心能力的培养存在公安业务素质的实战水平有待提升、法律素养和规范化的执法素养亟待补强、忠诚履职和敢于担当的素质需要加强、公安工作思维和学习创新能力需要引起关注、工作组织协调能力不容乐观等问题。为提升公安院校大学生的岗位核心能力,应优化人才培养方案,完善课程设置;强化实践教学,提升教学的实战化水平;重视价值观教育,加强思政课程和课程思政建设;开展第二课堂,提升学生综合素质;优化考评方式,提升岗位核心能力评价的科学水平。

Cultivation of the post core competence of police college students still witnesses some problems,which call for our efforts on improvement of the police’s practical operation level,intensification of their quality of legal and standardized law enforcement and loyal and responsible performance,their police service thinking,innovation ability and their work organization and coordination ability.To improve the post core competence of police college students,efforts need to be made to optimize the talent training scheme and improve curriculum development,strengthen practical teaching and practical operation level of teaching,attach importance to value education,strengthen ideological and political curriculum and curriculum ideological and political construction,and carry out the second class to improve students’comprehensive quality.
