摘要
目的:研究2种即用型工作菌株在胰酪大豆胨琼脂培养基上的生长情况,并与新鲜菌液进行比较,对即用型工作菌株的使用提出建议。方法:将2种即用型工作菌株和新鲜菌液涂布接种至3种胰酪大豆胨琼脂培养基上,比较生长的菌落数。结果:有1种即用型工作菌株的菌落数低于新鲜菌液,统计学分析表明呈显著性差异,提示其活性低于新鲜菌液。结论:即用型工作菌株在制备时经过低温和干燥过程,不利条件有可能会影响到即用型工作菌株的活性。在使用之前应经过充分的实验证明,避免由于活性差异影响试验结果。
Objective:To study growth of two kinds of ready-to-use working cultures on Soybean-Casein Digest Agar(TSA),to compare with fresh culture and to give the advices about using of ready-to-use working cultures.Method:Two ready-to-use strains and fresh culture were enumerated on three TSA by surface-spread method,and the colony forming unit was compared.Results:The colony number of a ready-to-use working strain was lower than that of the fresh culture.The statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference.It was indicated that activity of ready-to-use working cultures was lower than that of the fresh culture.Conclusion:Low temperature and drying process may affect the activity of the ready-to-use working cultures.The influence of the activity difference on the test results should be avoided by enough experiments before using the ready-to-use working cultures.
