JIT的核心思想是消除一切无效劳动与浪费,在采购入厂物流环节要求只将所需要的零件、数量,只在正好需要的时间送到指定的地点,与传统的供应链管理相比,对信息交互和QCD管理有更高的要求,需要建立调达物流平台来确保主机厂、供应商、三方物流商的信息能及时、准确地共享和交互,从而保证JIT生产模式的运作。

The core idea of JIT is to eliminate all invalid labor and waste.In the process of purchasing and inbound logistics,it is required to deliver only the parts and quantity required,to the desired location at exactly the right time.Compared with the traditional supply chain management,there are higher requirements for information interaction and QCD management.It is necessary to establish a procurement logistics platform to ensure the automobile manufacturer,supplier,and three-party logistics providers can be shared and exchanged timely and accurately,so as to ensure the operatino of JIT production mode.
