摘要
目的分析血液白细胞参数、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)对肿瘤患者肺白色假丝酵母菌感染的诊断价值。方法选取2018年1月—2019年10月80例肺白色假丝酵母菌感染的肿瘤患者作为感染组,40例无感染肿瘤患者作为非感染组,30例健康体检者作为对照组。比较3组血液白细胞参数、CRP、PCT水平。以受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析白细胞计数、CRP、PCT检测对白色假丝酵母菌感染的诊断价值。结果感染组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞分类及血清CRP和PCT水平均明显高于非感染组和对照组,非感染组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。感染组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞分类、CRP、PCT阳性率均高于非感染组和对照组(P<0.05)。PCT曲线下面积值为0.825,高于白细胞计数、CRP(P<0.05)。结论检测白细胞计数、CRP、PCT水平可辅助诊断肿瘤患者肺白色假丝酵母菌感染,PCT具有更高的诊断效能。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of blood leukocyte parameters,C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)for pulmonary Candida albicans infection in tumor patients.Methods Eighty tumor patients with pulmonary Candida albicans infection from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the infection group,and 40 tumor patients with non-Candida albicans infection as the non-infection group,and 30 healthy subjects as the control group.Blood leukocyte parameters,CRP and PCT levels were compared among the three groups.The diagnostic value of white blood cell(WBC)count,CRP and PCT detection for Candida albicans infection was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results The WBC count,neutrophil classification,serum CRP and PCT levels in the infection group were significantly higher than those in the non-infection group and the control group,while those in the non-infection group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of WBC count,neutrophil classification,CRP and PCT in the infection group were higher than those in the non-infection group and the control group(P<0.05).The area under the curve of PCT was 0.825,which was higher than of WBC count and CRP(P<0.05).Conclusion Detection of WBC count,CRP and PCT levels can assist in the diagnosis of pulmonary Candida albicans infection in tumor patients,and PCT has higher diagnostic efficacy.
