摘要
目的调查了解宁波市特殊儿童康复机构发展现状,结合宁波市市情,探讨提升特殊儿童康复水平的对策。方法采用访谈法、问卷调查法和实地调研法,对宁波市19家康复机构共计165名康复教师和特殊教育教师进行调查。结果康复教师整体学历水平符合国家特殊教育教师要求;教龄以新晋教师为主;康复机构的师生比相对合理;政府特殊教育资金投入与特殊儿童家庭用于康复的支出略有差距;康复机构接受残疾儿童入学前,多数会对儿童进行评估;康复机构与家长的定期交流有待改善。结论提高特殊儿童康复机构教师水平和政府帮扶,完善入学评估与康复补助等措施,对于特殊儿童康复机构发展具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the development status of special children’s rehabilitation institutions in Ningbo, and to explore the countermeasures to improve the rehabilitation level of special children based on the specific condition in Ningbo. Methods A total of 165 rehabilitation teachers and special education teachers in 19 rehabilitation institutions in Ningbo were surveyed using interviews, questionnaires and field surveys. Results The overall education level of rehabilitation teachers met the requirements of the national special education teachers;the teaching age showed that teachers were mainly newly recruited;the teacher-student ratio in the rehabilitation institutions was relatively reasonable, before institutions accepted these special children, most of them would complete related evaluation for children;regular communication between rehabilitation institutions and parents needed to be improved. Conclusion It is of great significance for the development of rehabilitation institutions to improve the level of teachers, provide more government assistance, and improve the children entrance assessment and rehabilitation subsidies for special children.
