摘要
钛钢内筒是燃煤电站烟囱的核心部分,通过某燃煤电站项目施工实践,结合质量管理理论和工具,探讨了影响烟囱钢内筒施工质量的因素,提出了加强培训、改变运输方式和调整作业平台的优化策略,在有效控制成本的基础上,保证了安装质量。
The titanium steel inner cylinder is the core part of the stacks of coal-fired power stations.With the construction practice in a certain coal-fired power station,the factors affecting the construction quality of the stack steel inner cylinder are discussed in this paper applying the quality management theories and tools.The optimization strategies of strengthening training,changing transportation modes and adjusting the operation platform are put forward,and the installation quality is guaranteed based on the effective control of cost.
