提升配电网投资决策精准性的研究及实践

Research and Practice of Improving Accuracy of Distribution Network Investment Decision-making

随着新一轮农村电网改造升级工程不断推进,配电网投资显著增加,但个别项目存在投入产出效益较低,投资效果不佳的问题。为提升投资决策精准性,建立了"三深化一反馈"模式,即深化研究配电网项目后评价指标体系、深化应用配电网大数据平台、深化开展专题研究及后评价结论实时反馈,从而促进配电网规划、设计、建设等管理能力提升。

With the continuous development of the rural power grids transformation and upgrading project,the investment in distribution network has increased significantly,but there are some problems in individual projects,such as low input-output benefit and poor investment effect.In order to improve the accuracy of investment decision-making,a model of "Three Deepening and One Feedback" is established,which includes deepening the research on post-evaluation index system of distribution network projects,deepening the application of the big data platform of distribution network,deepening the development of special research and the real-time feedback of post-evaluation conclusions,so as to promote the management ability of distribution network planning,design and construction.
