摘要
绩效管理是人才评价的重要手段。此文通过文献研究和同行对标等研究方法,介绍了R核电公司员工绩效管理流程,分析了绩效管理体系存在的问题及其原因,提出了绩效管理信息化、深化绩效面谈以及改革绩效考核实施细节等措施,以提升绩效管理水平。
Performance management is an important method for talent assessment.Through literature research and counterpart benchmarking,the employee performance management process of R nuclear power company is introduced in this paper,the problems in the performance management system and the reasons are analyzed,and the measures are put forward to improve the performance management level,such as informationization of the performance management,deepening the performance interview and reforming the implementation details of performance appraisal.
