企业价值观是一个企业的核心竞争力,对企业发展具有重要影响。此文论述了企业价值观与发展战略之间的关系,从传播培训平台构建、培训课程设计、效果评估等方面,提出了新员工企业价值观培训课程建设的方法和路径,并进行了相关探索和实践。

Enterprise values are the core competitiveness of an enterprise and have an important influence on its development.In this paper,the relationship between enterprise values and development strategy is discussed,the methods and approaches for the construction of new employees’ enterprise values training courses are put forward from the aspects of communication training platform construction,training course design and effect evaluation,and relevant exploration and practice are made.
