以高校辅导员的就业指导能力为探讨对象,分析了辅导员开展就业指导工作的职业优势,指出了目前辅导员开展就业指导工作面临的挑战,并提出了辅导员就业指导工作能力的提升途径,能够有效提高辅导员的就业指导工作能力。

Taking the employment guidance ability of counselors in colleges and universities as the object of discussion,this paper analyzes the career advantages of counselors in employment guidance,points out the challenges that counselors face in employment guidance at present,and puts forward the improvement ways that could effectively enhance the employment guidance ability of counselors.
