摘要
运用层次任务分析法(HTA),建立电连接器人因可靠性分析模型,通过人因可靠性定性追溯分析法和定量分析技术,挖掘影响插接失误率的制约因素,提出并构建航天产品电连接器插接控制知识体系,提高航天产品电连接器插接操作可靠性。同时,为航天产品生产过程人因可靠性研究提供思路。
Hierarchical task analysis(HTA)method is proposed to establish a human factor reliability analysis model.Through the qualitative retrospective analysis and quantitative analysis technology of human reliability,the constraints affecting the plug-in error rate are tapped.The knowledge system of electrical connector plug-in control for aerospace products is put forward and constructed,which effectively improves the reliability of plug operation of electrical connectors.Meanwhile,it provides an idea for human reliability research of aerospace product production process.
