从城市温度、新闻热度看公共图书馆平等权利的实现程度——对“读者留言东莞图书馆”新闻热点的思考

On the Realization of thr Rights of Equality in Public Libraries from the Perspective of Urban Development and News Popularity--A Case Study of the Hot News Caused by Wu Guichun’s Message in Dongguan Library

文章以2020年6月"读者留言东莞图书馆"新闻热点为案例,分析平等的公共图书馆核心价值和民众的公共图书馆平等权利在中国传播与实现的进程。文章指出,民众的公共图书馆平等权利由人格平等、机会平等和服务均等三个层面构成;"读者留言东莞图书馆"新闻热点是机会平等之公共图书馆核心价值观在中国广泛传播的里程碑;公共图书馆是城市的温度计,是民众生活的一部分;人格平等的社会价值观的实现和公共图书馆社会认知度的提高在中国仍然任重而道远。

This Article takes the hot news caused by Wu Guichun’s message in Dongguan Library in June 2020 as an example,analyzes the development process of the dissemination and Realization of the core value of equality and the equal rights of public library in China,points out that the public’s rights of equality in public libraries consist of three levels:equality of personality,equality of opportunity and equality of service,the hot news of"Wu Guichun’s message"in Dongguan library is a milestone in the wide spread of the core values of public libraries with equal opportunities in China,this hot news case shows that the public library is the thermometer of the city and a part of the people’s life;the realization of the social values of equality of personality and the improvement of the social awareness of libraries still have a long way to go in China.
