粤港澳大湾区公共图书馆的合作基础与发展空间

The Foundation and Development of Public Libraries’Cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

文章通过研究粤港澳大湾区公共图书馆的合作基础,探究粤港澳大湾区公共图书馆合作与发展的方向。采用比较研究法从设施网络、文献资源、购书经费、从业人员、服务效能和优劣势等方面分析该地区各城市公共图书馆现状,梳理粤港澳地区图书馆的合作传统与历史。立足于各城市需求和交流共识,文章认为大湾区公共图书馆合作需要解决基层图书馆建设较为薄弱、缺乏统一管理和长效联动机制、人才队伍建设有待提升、各级图书馆服务效能参差不齐等问题,并对未来合作路径提出建议。

The paper uses literature survey method and comparative research method to study the basis of cooperation among public libraries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and explores the directions of cooperation and development.The authors analyze public libraries in this region from six aspects,i.e.,facility network,resources,book purchase funds,personnel,service efficiency,and strengths and weaknesses.On the other hand,the history and tradition of library cooperation are also reviewed.Based on the needs of each city and the general understanding of sharing and exchange,the paper concludes that public library systems in the Greater Bay Area should make improvements on the following areas due to:(i)libraries at grassroots level are still developing;(ii)the lack of a unified management and long-term collaboration mechanism;(iii)insufficient building of talent teams;(iv)uneven library service efficiency at all levels.Finally,suggestions for the path of future cooperation are put forward.
