摘要
《职业教育师资素养标准》一书以职业教育"双师型"师资人才为培养目标,通过对国际和国内职教师资培养状况的比较,对职教教师素养构成要素的分析、素养标准的制定以及多样化的课程和教学资源的开发,探索职教师资素养培养的新理念、新模式,寻求与教育教学改革、人才培养模式创新和课程建构的有效结合点;通过对素养提升课程的建构探究,充实和拓展课程与教学理论,促进职教师资队伍专业化发展。
The book“Standards for Literacies of Vocational Education Teachers”takes“dual-qualification”teachers of vocational education as the training goal.Through the comparison of international and domestic vocational education teachers'training status,the analysis of the inscape of vocational education teachers’literacies,the formulation of literacy standards and the development of diversified curriculum and teaching resources,the book explores the new concept and mode for cultivation of vocational education teachers’literacies as well as seek an effective combination point among education and teaching reform,innovation of talent training mode and curriculum construction.Besides,this book,through the construction and exploration of literacy improving curriculum,enriches and expands the curriculum and teaching theory,so as to promote the professional development of vocational education teachers.
