现代职教体系视域下省级质量年报编制范式:江苏的探索与实践

Paradigm of Compilation of Annual Report on Quality of Provincial Vocational Education from Perspective of Modern Vocational Education System:Exploration and Practice in Jiangsu

中高职协调发展是现代职业教育体系内涵的重要维度,以此视域审视省级职业教育质量年度报告编制范式,规范和完善我国职业教育在"双高时代"的质量报告编制工作。在我国职业教育三级质量年度报告体系中,基于江苏省职业教育办学长期积淀优势和突出办学成果基础,由专业团队编制的《江苏省高等职业教育质量年度报告》《江苏省中等职业教育质量年度报告》成为优秀样板。以近些年江苏省编制职业教育质量年度报告的探索与实践为例,阐述省级职业教育质量年报效用,构建省级职业教育质量年度报告编制范式,以省级质量年度报告助推职业教育办学效益达到帕累托最优。

The coordinated development of secondary and higher vocational education is an important dimension of the connotation of modern vocational education system.From this perspective,it examines the paradigm for the compilation of the annual report on quality of provincial vocational education,as well as standardizes and improves the compilation of the quality report of China's vocational education in the“double high era”.In the three-level system of annual report on the quality of vocational education in China,based on the longterm accumulation and the outstanding achievements of vocational education in Jiangsu Province,the“Annual Report on the Quality of Higher Vocational Education in Jiangsu Province”and the“Annual Report on the Quality of Secondary Vocational Education in Jiangsu Province”prepared by professional teams have become excellent models.Taking the exploration and practice of the compilation of annual report on the quality of Jiangsu’s vocational education in recent years as an example,it elaborates the effectiveness and establishes the paradigm of the annual report on the quality of provincial vocational education.The report is used to promote the efficiency of vocational education to the Pareto optimal.
