原位微波消融术治疗骨肿瘤的临床疗效

Clinical effect of microwave ablation in situ on bone tumor

目的探讨原位微波消融术治疗骨肿瘤的临床疗效。方法根据治疗方案的不同将80例骨肿瘤患者分为观察组(n=40,接受原位微波消融术治疗)和对照组(n=40,接受肿瘤假体置换术治疗)。比较两组患者术后1年患肢Enneking评分、术后1个月血清总碱性磷酸酶(TALP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平及术后并发症发生情况。结果术后1年,两组患者患肢的Enneking评分均较本组术前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。术后1个月,两组患者的血清TALP和BALP水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。两组患者术后的局部复发率、并发症发生情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论原位微波消融术治疗骨肿瘤具有较好的临床疗效,与肿瘤假体置换术效果相当。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microwave ablation in situ on bone tumor.Method A total of 80 patients with bone tumor were divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to the regimen they received,the patients in observation group received in-situ microwave ablation while those in control group received replacement of tumor prosthesis.The Enneking scores of the affected limbs one year after operation,the serum total alkaline phosphatase(TALP)and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)levels at one month after operation and the occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result One year after operation,the Enneking scores of the affected limbs in the two groups were higher than those before operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum TALP and BALP levels between the two groups one month after operation(P>0.05).There was also no significant difference in local recurrence rate and complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Microwave ablation in situ shows good clinical effect in the treatment of bone tumor,and achieves similar effect to the regimen based on replacement of tumor prosthesis.
