知信行健康教育模式对甲状腺癌患者知信行评分、服药依从性和生活质量的影响 被引量:37

摘要 目的知信行健康教育模式对甲状腺癌患者知信行评分、服药依从性和生活质量的影响。方法随机数字表法将106例甲状腺癌患者分为干预组和常规组,每组53例,两组患者手术后均接受131I及相关药物治疗,对照组患者接受常规用药指导,干预组患者术后给予知信行健康教育模式干预。比较两组患者干预前后的知信行评分、生存质量和用药依从性。结果干预前,两组患者知信行各维度评分和欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织制定的生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-30)各维度评分和总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。干预后,干预组患者的健康知识、健康信念、健康行为评分均高于常规组患者,认知功能、情绪功能、角色功能、社会功能、躯体功能和总分均高于常规组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预组患者的用药依从性优于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论知信行健康教育模式干预有利于改善甲状腺癌术后患者的用药依从性,提高知信行评分,改善生存质量。 Objective To explore the effect of knowledge,attitudes and practices health education model on rating scores,medication compliance and quality of life in patients with thyroid cancer.Method A total of 106 patients with thyroid cancer were selected and divided into the intervention group and routine group with 53 cases in each using random number table method.Both groups of patients received 131I and related medications after surgery.The intervention group was given knowledge,attitudes and practices health education model intervention after operation while the control group was just given routine medication guidance.The knowledge,attitudes and practices scores,quality of life,and medication compliance of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Result Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of the two groups patients in all dimensions of knowledge,attitudes and practices and the quality of life in the measurement scale developed by the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer and the total scores(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of health knowledge,attitudes and practices in the intervention group were all higher than those in the conventional group while the cognitive,emotional,role acting,social and somatic function and related total score of the intervention group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the intervention group was better than that of the conventional group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of the knowledge,attitudes and practices health education model for patients with thyroid cancer is beneficial to improve the medication compliance of patients after thyroid cancer surgery,improve the scores of knowledge,attitudes and practices,and improve the quality of life.
